a few W's

I got a few (3) W's on my transcript because I had to drop some classes becasue I had to start working 2 jobs to pay my tuition at a community college. however i took these same classes a different quarter and earned and A in all three of them. My Gpa is ok..(3.6/4.0). How bad would these W's look to an admission's panel?

You have some explaining to do, but I am sure that they are not going to discard your application because of them. It is very much in your favor that you retook them and got A's in them the second time around.
