I have a friend who is an IMG and wants to do some field in medicine ,which does not involve dirct patient care,she doesnt mind pathology but does not want to do autopsies,is there any other field she can do considering she has no USCE ,scores of 88 and 89 respctively and is a recent graduate 2005? any advice is apprciated.

Path or radiology. You don't have to do autopsies in path, and I don't think it's that competitive.
