Jesspt, thanks again for posting. I saw this thread yesterday, but was swamped at work and I'm just able to have a look at it now.

Definitely an interesting read, some information I wasn't aware of even after my mother's back surgery/total knee replacement years ago. (Then again, I was only 13 when she got her knee replaced, so I doubt I would've paid much attention to the medical bills when they came in to see what was allocated where...)

Everyone is out to make a buck.
