Ok, let me get this straight. The AADSAS fee is simply for processing, I still have to pay actual application fees to the seperate schools, right? And if this is correct, when do I actually do that. And as for secondaries, do I have to request them from the schools, or will they automatically send me one once they receive my AADSAS?

Thanks

Yes, you got it right. AADSAS is a one time processing fee or about $200 or so then each additional school is extra $60 or so. Then, on top of that, you have to pay a supplemental fee (secondary application fee) for each individual school you apply to. Depending on the school, some want you to send it right when you submit your app to AADSAS and others want you to send it when they ask for it. Follow this link and it will tell you which schools want it now and which schools want it later.

Hope this helps! 🙂

cool, thanks. That's alot of money. Do you know anything about my secondaries question?

Some schools will contact you concerning their secondaries, while others, such as Penn, have them available online and you need to take the initiative and fill them out yourself. If you are in the dark about a particular school and their protocols surrounding their secondaries then go ahead and contact them for clarification. Best of luck!
