I grad in may and my projected gpa is 3.5-3.6 cum, my science is more like 3.3.
Shadowing experience
volunteer work
Went to xray school and won the academic exellence award.
Worked as an xray tech for a year then cross trained into cat scan.
Plenty of clinical experience through the xray program which was 2200 clincical hrs, and have been working in the field for almost two years now.
I don't want to take post bac courses, so what type of mcat will secure me a us med school admission.

Thanks

Your GPA is not bad, strictly speaking the mean for accepted matriculates in 2008 was 3.66 (see: http://www.aamc.org/data/facts/2008/2008mcatgpa.htm) while the average overall score on the MCAT for matriculates 30.9.

Based solely on GPA and MCAT I would tell you to shoot for a 32-33 on the MCAT to get an interview *somewhere*.
