A peculiar case .. please help me

The patient is a 43 year old woman suffering with lower levels of Blood 4.9%
Even if blood was infused it was not staying and unable to know whats happening to it. So please help me what's happening to it. And she has only 68K Platet Count against normal. She was a suspect of Leukemia, She has her spleen enlarged and liver enlarged. Please give me some guidance in treating this patient

What are her LFTs? What is the MCV and RDW? Direct and indirect coombs? Iron studies, folate, b12, Retic count? Guiac positve? How do you know the spleen and liver are enlarged? Any other symptoms? Why do you think leukemia?

Anemia can be broken down in to 3 categories:

Don't make it (low retic count, folate, b12, iron)
Lose it (bleed, wide RDW, high retic, guiac positive)
Break it (microangiopathic, sickle cell, thalassemias, elev indirect bili)

you'd need to give some more lab info as well as look at a smear.
