Hello
I'm a nontrad looking into applying for the next application cycle.
I've had a very unique situation with a class 10 years ago that eventually granted me an F due to an error. And nope, I couldn't petition it at the time. a long story.
(I would not go into the details, 'cause it'd bore everybody to death. lol)

As I was preparing for the medical school, I began to think about petitioning the grade with the university, and I was wondering if anybody knows if it's even possible to change a 10 years old grade. I've went through 2 other colleges to finish my bachelor's, I wonder if it's possible to correct the transcripts for the each school after graduating.

And I'm also not sure if it's worth all the trouble of going through the processes with different boards and committees to remove an F or change it to a passing grade. Would it help my GPA at all? 😕

Any insight would be very appreciated!

Thanks!

You want to change a grade from 10 years ago? Sure, I don't see a problem with that. Just go talk with the transcript office from your old college, and I'm sure the person at the front desk will be more than accomodating.
