After going through the books I've obtained, I noticed many of them are marked. I got my books for free.
If the user only circled the letters, then print a strip of letters [A-D] and cut these strips out and stick them on your book. If the user used POE, and crossed lines out, cross every line out for that question.
Oh yes, and make sure you are extremely drunk while doing this. I did this last night with my BR Bio/Physics. It didn't take too long.
The fact that I was so drunk really prevented me from retaining any knowledge of the answers.
