Just wondering when waitlist movement will start. MD schools were May 15th. How about DO?

This is school dependent in that each school usually has their own deadline.

Movement has been slow this year. My belief is that due to the implementation and transition to having a soft rule for DO school applicants in choosing one school by May 15, that schools are being soft on that rule this year due to it being the first of its kind.

There will likely be more movement in the coming weeks.

FYI there is a waitlist support group dedicated to this cause.
