Apply to any top 25 you want…while you probably won't get much love from the top of the food chain, you can definitely land a top 20 acceptance assuming you interview well and have good LORs. Very reasonable shot at the schools you have listed.

Why not at the top?

I wouldnt be surprised to see this guy go at any of the top 10s.

He certainly has a shot but he's an Asian with a 36, which is slightly below the median statwise at schools such as HMS, Penn. He is very solid in his ECs but nothing makes you go Wow! Should he apply? of course, there is a randomness to the cycle. Of course, if has godlike LORs or some charm in interviews then that's another story but based solely on his post here, I don't think he'll get a bite there.
