Okay so from what I gather about what you said, it generally only counts as one class. Moreover, on amcas, it will only go under the original school classification (amcas rarely changes this). So if you took the course under the psych name, it will go under the psych name on amcas. If you took it under the bio name, it will count as bio. IF your school puts both classifications on your transcript, then you could probably pick one but it wouldn't count as both. (I'm pretty sure this is how it works but others can correct me if I'm wrong).
