Hmm it’s been about 7-8 weeks I’d say. Would that be good enough lol

I sent an update at around the 6-7 week point (around last week) but that's because I had a paper published and I was getting a bit restless. Perhaps others can chime in.

No it’s not just something fruitless imo. So for some of my schools, I hadn’t necessarily finalized a gap year job till August and that’s what I said - that I’m finalizing one, but I’ll most likely be doing X job (I was like 99% guaranteed to get the job) . I ended up being employed in X job as said but now I have experience doing more things than I thought I’d be doing. Additionally I have community service/hobby stuff but mainly wanted to let them know my gap year is going as planned and I’m not just sitting around doing nothing lol.

That's not worth an update then as you're not providing any new information.
