Where did you apply the first time? What feedback have you had from your prehealth team when you reapplied?

I sense you doubled down on your clinical experiences and maybe research (both with >1000 hours). How many hours of non-clinical community service have you done since graduating? Is it the 500 hours with the educational outreach group? Have you added other conventional community service (since you have more time in your growth year) like food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation?

Your profile is transactional and focuses on the hours you spent, so I don't have a sense of your mission fit or purpose as a physician aside from (look at what I've done so far). I don't even know what makes you interesting (no hobbies), or if you were involved on campus with your peers or your community. You are more than just your numbers for an application, even for a WAMC review. Maybe this approach is reflected in your application, and thus, it's easy for screeners to say "thank you, next." Why should we interview you? You sound like a candidate who will burn brightly or burn out, based on the information you provided.

We need your school lists and how your purpose aligns with their missions.
