Once again, the gap is non-clinical volunteering. Find the nearest homeless shelter/soup kitchen/food bank.
No one, and I mean no one, is going to care the slightest about an alcohol IA from sophomore year.
Applying to 60 schools is complete overkill. Unless, of course, you want waste a lot of money and spend months in a secondary application-induced psychosis.
