There is no hard and fast characteristic or score that will gt you an interview. It is a combination of your entire application. Obviously the more interesting it is, the more accomplishments you have, and the higher your test scores (#1 factor by far), the more likely you are to get an interview.

The absolutely best bet is to have all of the above and do an away rotation and make a great impression.
