If you have microsoft teams, they have an avatar implementation that's not bad. I wouldn't be surprised if there were OBS plugins that could do similar. You could definitely do voice masking with OBS plugins.

I agree. Even though I share things here that I don't share with even my close friends (particularly around finances), I have enough trust in my fellow psychiatrist brethren to not share my identity if we are meeting a professional conference. Maybe I am a fool, but I trust doctors unless I am given a reason not to.

I was impressed with symposium 5, on substance use disorder and ADHD. They recommended being less cautious than most of us were taught and didn’t find higher rates of diversion with IR vs ER stimulants.
