I have been waiting for my application to be verified for quite some time now and just recently recieved an email saying that all of my transcripts have yet to be recieved. I attended 2 universities, a branch university for 1 year and then transferred to the main campus. The branch does not send out transcripts (you must go through the main campus) and all course information is listed on the main campus transcipt which they have already recieved. I have sent several e-mails to AACOM regrarding this but cannot get a response and when I call their telephone number, no ringing occurs, just dead silence Could someone please give me any suggestions on how to deal with this such as alternate ways of getting in touch with them. I am aware that I'm already late for the application process and this is not helping at all. Thank you.

Thats strange I called them plenty of times and have no problem getting in touch with a rep. I'm usually on hold for a long time though. Are you calling 301-968-4190 for AACOMAS?

Thanks for the response. Yes, I have been calling that number. I have even been trying all this morning and now all I get is "we're sorry your call didn't go through"

A friend of mine had the same exact branch campus v. main campus transcript issue. He called and spoke with someone and it was resolved instantly. You just have to call and have patience and get a live person.

I had 2 or 3 issues with my application and whenever I had a question I would just e-mail them, and generally got a response within 24 hours.

I had a similar issue with my transcripts. I called them and they fixed it. Good luck and keep calling.:luck: :luck:

Do the transcripts have a different student ID than your SSN? One of my schools doesn't use SSN as student ID #'s and i believe that is why it took so long to log in as received.

I would also suggest emailing them. I've found that even though their response may not answer your question directly, someone will solve the problem. I think they are only allowed to copy and paste responses because I got some really funky ones.
