Hey guys, just a quick question. On the "additional information" part of the aacom's website, particularly the part that talkes about listing one's volunteer positions/internships, etc, are you guys including small descriptions along with what you did? Also, would this be the place to input infomation like leadership roles in other non-medically related fields, such as sorority, martial arts, etc? thankyou so much for your help guys.

I put very short phrase descriptions. I think the things you asked about are fine to list. No admissions are ever going to get "mad" at you for putting something as trivial as those in a slightly wrong spot. It certainly is not going to get you rejected. 🙂

thankx much mx!!

BUMP (anyone else?)

I just wrote the organization that I volunteered with and the title that I had! There is not much room for a description and admissions people will ask if they are interested. I think it is important to write the organization, but it CANNOT hurt to give a minor description.
