AACOMAS App Questions

Started to do my AACOMAS app recently and ran into a few questions...

- Where do I list leadership positions such as Philanthropy committee and Judicial committee for my fraternity and what do we do about "hours" for that?

- How important is it to list supervisor role for experiences?

- What sort of stuff goes under the "Achievements" sections?

...following. I've been wondering about the same question about the 'achievement' section. Do we list publications or posters? Or awards? What is even worth consideration?
