How does one do this? My family is pretty strapped for cash and I especially.

I know I need a SAR / FAFSA worksheet and a letter. What should I write? Should I lie? Should I include my hobbies?

Any prior applicants' have sage advice they'd like to share?

Not trying to be harsh, but it's not a good idea to try to get approval to be dishonest on a public forum. The fee waivers are limited, so even people who desperately need the waiver may not be able to get it once they run out. That would make it really unfair if others who didn't really qualify got it instead.

Well, you never know on a message board. There have been several posts recently with people asking if they could hide their mcat retake if it was lower.

As for the fee waiver - I know it says in one place to write a letter and send it in with your SAR and a SASE, but in 2 other places it doesn't say to include the letter with it. There are some differences between the CIB, the website, and the instructions, but I can't remember what said what exactly.

I didn't send a letter and got approved. As long as your EFC is low or 0 (mine was 0), you can probably be approved without a story.
