Do I have to request transcripts from my CC directly for my app or when I request my University transcript will they send in my CC grades as well?

You have to get transcripts from every school that you have taken college courses at. The CC courses will be present on your University transcript, but they will likely not have a grade and/or credits associated with them. Send a separate one from every school.

Rank your realistic top 10 to 20 schools by secondaries and submit them in descending order assuming MCAT is in. You want to shoot for around 5+ interviews because with around every 5 interviews applicants will receive 1-2 acceptances on average.
