I was trying to log in but the site has been down. Well now it's back up and when I log in, it asks if I want to start my application... I was pretty much done with it before this happened. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm going to be pissed if I have to renter all my information again.

Same thing. Don't worry, they are fixing bugs and updating stuff.
