Anyone else in this boat. Worked so hard until this point, did your apps, getting ready for secondaries and waiting for MCAT scores. It's freaking me out, did I do good, bad or what? Do I have to retake? I didn't take a course and my prep was limited to Examkrakers and Princeton Review books, but I should have put A LOT more time but I didn't have time to study! Ahh....

I think lots of people have been in your boat before. It's a tough process and in my opinion, the "hurry up and wait" part is the worst. I can certainly empathize with you, having just finished the process myself. Take a few connected, deep breaths. This whole process makes you want to futurize and to worry, but despite this, remember to be here now and to fully support yourself. Do what you need to do to take good care of yourself. Instead of hanging around waiting and worrying over the past or the future, take the time to go out and do something fun, creative, and restorative.

You can't change what you've already done; that's all in the past, so there's no point in overthinking it. Focus on what needs to be done now.

Good luck to you.
