Should I in my description of experiences be explaining why the experience was meaningful. My adviser told me to write in what i learned or the takeaway from each activity. I did it for volunteer activities but for something like a retail job it seems forced if i say i learned how to work well in a team. I know for MD your supposed to be more in depth but it seems mixed for DO. Should i just write what i did and move on or am i supposed to be more in depth about the activities.
