AACOMAS GPA finally calculated but..

Hey all,

My GPA and MCAT from august have finally been inputted as of yesterday....phew. The problem is that on the My Application page in the middle where it says Academic History. Beside "Coursework" it says "Missing Items". I don't understand since it never said that before the GPA was calculated. What I believe has happened is that the courses I took at the college I attended for one month and withdrew (with no penalty and no marks) before going to my current one were removed by the verifier. I thought we were supposed to list everywhere we went to and all courses taken even if we withdrew so I listed everything and had that institution send in a letter (in lue of a transcript - as I wasn't there long enough to get marks) saying that I went there and that I took such and such courses that I withdrew from and that I have no official transcript with that college. So AACOMAS received the letter according to the transcripts section. So the only thing is AACOMAS has removed the courses I listed as withdrawn but left the institution listed in the Colleges Attended section hence the missing coursework thing.

I mean everything was done correctly on my part but now my GPA has been calculated with a missing items popping up next to coursework. Has this happened to anyone here, if so, did your designated colleges still receive your application even with the missing item thing?

That happened to me too! I got a "courses missing" and was freaking out because I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do with that. I emailed aacomas asking what I should do. I got back an email that totallly didn't answer my question but when I looked at my app again, the courses missing designation was removed.

I was too impatient to wait to see if the application was going to be mailed out with the couses missing designation. My app was complete on a tuesday, emailed them on wednesday, apps mailed out that sunday.

Hey guys,

I just had another question.

When I click on my designations it now says beside each college in the Mailing Status box 'New' and the date is '10/15/2006'

Do anyone know what that means...does it mean it was mailed? Because should it just say mailed and not new.
