my lab partner got verified today - and they completely screwed up his science gpa. i guess he had forgotten to list one of his courses as a "retake" initially , and emailed them ahead of time to fix it - they told him that the reviewers would fix the mistake. unfortunately, they didnt include the course as a retake, and it's completely messed up his gpa. we double, triple, and quadruple checked his transcripts and numbers, and they're wrong. other than emailing them, what else can he do? any of you guys been in this situation?

I guess instead of emailing them, try faxing the documents. If they haven't sent the application to the designated schools then your friend doens't need to worry as he can always have them halt the process until the problem is fixed.

A similar thing happened to me. They changed my only C (chem I) to a B it bumped up my since gpa a ful .1 but I nobely called them and informed them. They said "wow, are verifier just missed that" and he said I probably would have gotten away with it oh well.

The whole fixing only took like 5 min.
