AACOMAS not yet received by schools?

Ok, so my AACOMAS app was verified over three weeks ago. It claims that it was released to schools almost exactly three weeks ago.

Yet, when I called a school this morning (UMDNJ), they claimed they had not yet even gotten my primary! They said that they get it through the mail and it had not come yet. Do I need to call AACOMAS and see if they need to re-send it? I know some other schools have gotten it because they all sent secondary requests to me. Or is UMDNJ just unnaturally slow? Have other people had this problem?

It can take up to six weeks but I would call anyways.

And now UMDNJ just sent me a request for a secondary app. Guess that means they got my AACOMAS app?

Apparently they never noticed that they already received my secondary and cashed my check earlier this week. 🙄

Huh? A few hours ago you were concerned that UMDNJ never received your primary; now you're upset that they sent you a second secondary after they already cashed your check for the first secondary they received earlier this week? Why would you think they didn't receive your primary if you already sent them your secondary awhile ago???😕

I went ahead and submitted the secondary because it wasn't by invitation. I called this morning and the lady said that my primary hadn't been received (I was calling to see if my app was complete, seeing as I had submitted the secondary & LORs). So hence I was confused about why they had cashed my secondary check yet claimed they didn't have a primary from me.

I feel like they might have a disconnect in their office somewhere. Water under the bridge at this point.
