I'm going to be pursuing a 1 year Masters degree (From Sept 2013 to May 2014). I have entered this in my "Colleges" section of AACOMAS. However, when I do this, AACOMAS is expecting to get a transcript for this Masters degree (which I haven't started yet!)

How can I let med schools know that I'm pursuing a Masters degree starting this fall and also let AACOMAS know that I don't have a transcript for this degree yet (because I will only start it in Sept)?

I did the same thing last cycle. Just list all the Future Graduate Classes and submit transcripts when classes completed

As long as the courses are listed as future classes you are taking, you shouldn't have t turn in a transcript yet. I did an SMP this last year and just listed all the courses that I would be taking in the masters, and I also mentioned in my personal statement that I was doing it. With AACOMAS you can send them transcripts at the end of each semester too and they willupdate the grades for you.

So my application will still be verified without the Master's transcript? (Of course, I will be sending in my undergraduate transcript) My application right now says "Received 1 out of 2 transcript".

I contacted AACOMAS with the same issue, as long as I can get a verified letter stating my acceptance and registration in the program (and those specific classes), they'll include it in my application.
