Hi, I have two concerns:

1) The coursework entered does not display chronologically even after I hit the "list chronologically" display button. It has my 2000 courses before 1999. My 2001 after my 2000. It all over the place!!

2) I used paragraphs in my PS. However, they were all lumped up into one paragraph when I printed it.

Anyone else had these concerns/suggestions? thanks

1. I don't think that matters much. AACOMAS fixes that for you after they check your application with your transcripts.

2. As for the paragraphs, don't worry about it because there is nothing you can do about it. I know AMCAS does the same thing. Everyone else's application also won't have paragraphs so it doesn't matter much.

Good luck. 🙂

thanks yet again for the help adapt! :horns:

Remember when you're entering dates that you need to input your ACADEMIC Year, not the actual year taken. An academic year runs from summer to summer.

For example, classes I'm taking now are Summer 2004. Classes I will be taking in the fall of this year are Fall 2004. Classes I take in the spring of 2005 are still SPRING 2004 [academic year]. It's a bit confusing, but I just wanted to give a heads up.

thanks John. I understand what you're saying, but that doesn't negate the fact that the system is listing them incorrectly when I prompt it to do so chronologically. For instance, whether I listed the academic year correctly should not matter. It should still list 2003 before 2004. But its not doing that. 😡

Its doing that to mine(course dates) too, and I am sure I entered them right. Also, I do not like the way it butchers your PS into one long paragraph. I worked hard on it, and now it looks like crap! Is there any way to fix it?

i called the AACOMAS folks today...They said they will fix the problem with the course sequence during verification as Adapt mentioned earlier.

Also, the program rolls up all your paragraphs when you print only. That shouldn't be a problem when its transmitted to schools. At least that's what they told me. FWIW
