So, why is it that when I try to call (its 9:40 EST right now) they claim their offices are closed? Then the give a message saying they are open from 8-4:45 M-F.
The reason I need to get ahold of them is as follows. As an undergrad I took biochemistry and got a C. As a graduate student I decided to retake it and got an A.
Do I put the original grade as R01 and the graduate grade as L01?
