Hey all,
I'm sorry if this seems redundant or I seem misinformed, but I am trying to find information on how retakes work with AACOMAS. I tried to find some info about this on their website, but I couldn't find a specific explanation, and most of the forums I found were old.
My university only allows 3 retakes for classes before you aren't allowed to replace anymore grades. I've re-taken 2 courses (both Organics) already and would like to retake more than just the 3 that I am allotted by my university. So if I took some classes at a CC instead of my university and I knew the credits were equivalent to my university courses, would the grades be able to be "replaced" or increase my GPA on AACOMAS? I know that AMCAS does not do this, and I've seen some advice for this in the threads, but because these grades aren't able to be replaced on my transcript at my university, I was unsure about it!
Thank you!
