AACOMAS & Reapplicant status

I opened an account with AACOMAS last year, but never submitted or paid for it. I'm applying this year and they list me as a reapplicant. Should I contact all the schools I'm applying to and inform them that I've never applied before?

I called and AACOMAS won't change it and told me just to let the school know.

I would add this as another piece of evidence on an already long list of why aacomas sucks. I'd definitely let the schools know since re-applicants are typically judged with more scrutiny and also asked what have you done since applying last cycle.

AACOMAS is terrible. Their customer service is horrible. It took them a month to solve my submitted issue due to their technical difficulty. It seems like only one person works there or something.

hm..i did this too last year, opened but did not submit or pay. actually didn't do much else but open it. I didn't realize it would notify as a "re-applicant"..where do you see that? But I have 3 interview invites so I think either way it's okay. If they ask just tell them. I'll let you know if any ask me if you want.
