So I know its early but maybe someone could help me understand the timeline this thing occurs in. I know the AACOMAS application for every cycle opens in the beginning in May.

So is this when I am able to create an account for that cycle and begin filling everything out?

Then June is when the schools view your app?

This has always confused me and this year is finally my year!!!

Correct.

Schools can only see your app after it has been first been submitted and verified by AACOMAS, and then you have paid AACOMAS to send your app to that specific school.
Hey congrats on being accepted!

Ok that's how I should have phrased it, and the apps going to specific schools typically begins in June then?

I'm not sure if AACOMAS has a specific "transmission date" like AMCAS does.

Just fill it out as soon as you have everything you need and don't forget to send your MCAT scores to AACOMAS (this is done electronically) because they don't get them automatically. The DO cycle is much longer than the MD one and you would still be early even if you applied in August, so don't worry. Verification of ACCOMAS literally takes like, a day. I submitted end of June and was verified the same day.
