AACOMAS transcript non PO mailing address?

Hey guys, I've asked my uni to send the transcript given on the AACOMAS site but they said they can't send it there as it's a PO box and it can't be signed or something like that. Any tips? Thank you

edit: well, turns out I just needed to not have the transcript couriered and it will deliver just fine to a PO box

They can mail that with USPS.

I'm from Canada so idk if they can do that
