AACOMAS transcript problem - can you help?

I requested that my transcripts be sent out on May 28. My AMCAS all got there just fine, so I thought my AACOMAS should too.

I submitted my AACOMAS app on Oct. 6. My status check page shows no transcripts received yet! Is this an artifact because they haven't processed my app yet, or is this for real?

It's for real. Call them. They are very helpful (not like AMCAS) And should be able to tell you what the problem is. Obviously something is wrong with your transcripts and you need to call them to straighten it out. Good luck

Don't worry. Your transcripts are there. This happened to me too. They just haven't entered your transcripts into the system yet. It's gong to take up to a week to recognize that your transcripts are there. If you call them, they'll probably do it immediately. They have a file for your transcripts already. So, you're all set.

Ooops I just reread your post. It didn't register to me the part about submitting just this week. It does take about 1-2 weeks for them to enter your transcripts in the system and then 1-4 weeks depending on backlog as to how long it will be to be processed. They really are much faster than AMCAS. You could call them just to make sure the transcripts haven't been misplaced since May.

I called - you are both right - even though they may have transcripts already, it takes 2 weeks after submitting the app before the transcripts show up online.
