Would a transcript be required from a school that I attended, but withdrew from all classes after 1 month and only received W's? No credits were earned at this institution, nor any letter grades other than the W's.
Yes, you are required to send everything from all institutions you attended. It should not affect your GPA since they are all W's but it might come up on an interview.
