AADSAS Academic Update

I am very concerned about the time it will take for my academic update to be progressed by AADSAS. All of my grades have been posted online, but my registrar said that my transcript won't be sent out until this Friday. I am concerned that it will take 3-4 weeks of processing before the academic update will be sent out to my schools. Would it be completely inappropriate to send the schools I applied to a sealed official transcript?

I am very anxious about my chances as I am yet to receive a rejection or interview invite. My GPA has been bumped up fairly significantly and has shown a continuation of my trend...should I just wait for AADSAS to process the academic update? I feel like the sooner the schools have my transcript the more likely a post-dec interview is...
