Is this a required section? The description is fairly vague, "Choose the achievements that best reflect your background or mean the most to you." Any thoughts or information from anyone, including people with previous application experience on this?

Is this a required section? The description is fairly vague, "Choose the achievements that best reflect your background or mean the most to you." Any thoughts or information from anyone, including people with previous application experience on this?

I put things like research talks I've given, fellowships, publications... I think it is designed to be a catch all for things that don't fit in the experience section.
