For the descriptions, what do they look for? I know you should write it in paragraph form rather than bullet points (unlike a resume). What do dental schools expect to see? Just a summary of the activity itself, or also what you gained? I would include both if I AADSAS allowed significantly more space.

You can include 1) what you did in that role, 2) anything you achieved in that role (results, programs you created, any tangible achievements), and 3) anything that it taught you. No need for full sentences.
