So, will AADSAS send the e-mail to my reference letter profs before I submit my entire application or after? One of my profs is leaving on vacation soon so I would like to sort his LOR out but my application is not nearly done...

my guess is after. That is why I use interfolio. It is summer, many of them will out for vacation 🙁

Actually I just got an email from AADSAS that they emialed my prof. So it's all good.
