AADSAS and multiple acceptances

I had thought the deadline for AADSAS to notify school of multiple deposits was April 1st, but I received a call today from one of my schools saying AADSAS notified them that had accepted offers from multiple schools. Does anyone know when the actual deadline is to commit to one school?

I was told ( when I was in UNLV Interview) that it is April 1st as well.
They said, they usually contact the student right away and will ask them to make a decision or they have the right to take their offer off the table.

So I am really surprised to hear that they found out NOW !!!
Which school was it ?

Exactly.

Here's the most recent version I could find. (The one linked to on the AADSAS portal is actually a few years old; it still says May 1.) This one from 2010 says April 1.

haha I really wouldn't make this up. It just completely caught me offguard and I just wanted to make sure that the deadline hadn't changed. I still don't know why AADSAS notified my schools, but I can promise that I almost died when I got the call.

It was USN that called me about it. The guy was really nice though, but it was just out of the blue. He told me to be expecting a call from UNLV as well since they probably got the same notification. UNLV hasn't contacted me. I am not sure if USN requested the information or if AADSAS just decided to send me information out.

O wow....I am cowering in fear now (not sarcasm). Here I was thinking that a deposit would give me a few more weeks to decide/wait on other late interview responses but I better decide on my school quick s***. Hmmmm anyone else have any more truth to these claims?

I bet probably nerve racking...

i guess b/c of like 3 new schools opening they probably want to make sure the students are not putting multiple deposits in their school so when the times comes their class is not even full.

there isnt a deadline to committ to one school....you can drop out during ur 4th ur if u want...
