hi every body,

I am studying for DAT now and I want to apply for dental schools this June.
actually, I am really worried about AADSAS application , and how to fill it out?
do we need to send them recommendation letter or attach it?
do we attach our CV or personal statement ?
if any one can help me in details of AADSAS application and each steps, I really appreciate.
