For some reason, my computer isn't letting me open the link for the application. I was wondering if someone could please post it.

There should be a link on the left that says create a new application or something along those lines. I have a mac and in Safari I couldn't get it to work so I used Firefox and it works perfectly, maybe your browser isn't working right?
