AADSAS application not ready to submit?

Hi, I am ready to submit my aadsas for a few schools, but it says only two of the schools are ready to submit and the other ones don't have full green lines yet, why is that and how do I know what is missing?
Im waiting on one transcript to get to them but I thought you can submit without transcript and LOR

Well you need the transcript so you can match the courses to the schools pre-reqs. Once you match the pre-reqs then it will be green and ready to go. Have you went to program materials and see which ones have a green checkmark on them?

Check the programs materials because some of them have the supplemental questions there. Like the previous post mentioned make sure you have match all your classes.
