Yup happened to me. I didn't check it over till about a month later and AFTER the stuff got mailed. As soon as your GPA is verified, go through every single course and make sure that they calculate the correct GPA and courses that are SCIENCE are in fact SCIENCE etc.
The way they have course codes in my faculty is based on the department that offers it. For example, I had a course that was :
MIE448H1F - Engineering Psychology and Human Performance
It states in the AADSAS faq that psychology is not a science, but they named it science because most of my courses are MIE (mechanical and industrial engineering).
I had to fight with them a bit, they were like we do it based on course codes.
Then my counter-argument was that, okay, tell me why CHE354H1S is called CELLULAR & MOLECULAR BIOLOGY (offered by dept. of chemical engineering).
They made all the changes, I was happy, revisions mailed Late november.
