Quick question about the Colleges Attended section of the application (not the coursework section).

So I attend a university(#1) full time around that is out of state and go home for the summers. The past 2 summers (last and now this summer) I have been taking some classes at a school near my home (#2). So, on this section of the AADSAS application should I have two lines entered? One for school #1 and one for school #2 OR 3 lines total one for school #1 and then one for school #2 that shows start and end dates for last summer and then a third line for school #2 that shows start and end dates for this summer? Anyone know???

According to the AADSAS "Enter the beginning and ending dates of attendance, or anticipated end date, regardless of gaps in attendance."
