hey, i was just curious...under aadsas 'designations,' does anyone's status say "printout sent to schools?" they have calculated my gpa and even received all of my recommendations for a while... but i still haven't received a copy of the printout, nor does the status say that they have mailed them out to the schools yet...

just wondering if they are just damn slow, or if something is wrong? thanks.

I was wondering the same thing.

same boat here.

so no one has replied...does this mean no one here on sdn has "printout mailed" as their status?...

My status is the same. No printout mailed. I submitted my application on March 31st.

I have a question, how long does it take for them to mark "received" next to letters of reccommendation. My evaluators submitted them about 2 and a half weeks ago, and they still havent been received.

you might have a problem then...my univ. sent out my recs, and 3-4 days later, AADSAS marked them received....

you might want to call them on that...cuz 2.5 weeks seems quite long...

same story here - "printout not mailed"

AADSAS application done - March 17
Transcripts received - March 23

I sent my transcripts and letters to AADSAS myself including matching forms next day air. Two days later all transcripts and letters were listed as received. I would definitely call. If AADSAS did receive your letters with matching forms, I imagine they would have been listed as "received" by now.

it seems the question is not whether documents were recieved from aadsas but that after aadsas having everything, the entire application being sent out to the schools. Has anyone had their applications sent by aadsas to their school? I wonder if the first batch has been sent yet

10 bucks says they mean may, not march, heh

guess not...

and it really is getting to be a bit ridiculous...cuz tmdsas mailed my application out to my schooll...and i RECEIVED the printout from them 2 weeks ago... -_-...

Almost same thing happened to me.
One of my transcripts marked "pending" 2 wks after it was sent. So I called AADSAS, and this lady told me, well, it might get lost on the way, you can go ahead send it again 🙁 So I sent it again, which really pissed me off. And finally almost a month after I sent out the original transcripts, they received all. They even somehow found the "lost" transcript, and the marked received date was exactly a month after it was sent.

Good luck.

When the application cycle opened, AADSAS was hoping to mail the applications in 4-6 weeks, approximately mid June. Now, that the mid June has passed, they are no longer sure of the timing!!! the lady once said early to mid JULY!!! Now, keeping in mind that although AADSAS mails things out with UPS, it also indicates that it may take upto 2 weeks in the mail, so the schools might not receive things till early August (and thats for those who applied in May/early June). How is that for applying earky? If things were up to me, schools would have had ALL the documents by now. AADSAS IS THE MOST USELESS SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED 😡

well, it wouldn't matter anyway, because everyone is required to apply through aadsas...so everyone's application will be received "late" at the same time...so who cares? we're not really at any disadvantage if everyone is in the same boat..

Yea but it just means that others got a chance to include their summer grades, or perfect their personal statement, and that's not fair to those who submitted their app in may.. Personally, if I had known the 1st batch would be mailed out so late then I wouldve waited longer to submit my app.
As an early applicant, this delay is making me mad 😡

yeah, but people who submit later, they'll get delayed even later...

i assume if aadsas is slow with us early applicants, they won't have time to deal with the later applicants until they finish with us

if they finish with us in august, then i think the later applicants will be done even later...no?
