I started filling in my evaluator information and got to the part about waiving your right to access the letters or not. I assume by agreeing you will see that the letters are submitted just not be able to read them, but is there a benefit to being able to see them or not? Do dental schools actually prefer one or the other?

Agreed. By saying you don't need to see them it's showing confidence in what the evaluator wrote and that you aren't afraid they'll say something that you wouldn't approve of.

The first thing my pre-health advisor made me do was to sign a waiver of confidentiality. Don't think, just do it!
