Sorry about asking such a dumb question for my 1 post.
Tried to search but didn't really give me the asnwer I was looking for.

I'm currently enrolling in my school's HPAC process and I had my evaluators sent the letters directly to the HPAC office.

Now my question is,
When filling out the evaluator section on AADSAS, I checked yes on "is this a committee letter?" but it still requires me to fill out evaluator's email, name, and title so I did but then it sent an automated email to my evaluator asking for an electronic version of the letter.

Can anybody help me with this?

Thanks

Is this a committee letter? A committee letter requires only one e-mail. You would have to find out who the director of the committee is and get his/her e-mail information.

My pre-health professions advisor was in charge of sending out the committee letter and attaching the letters of evaluation, although she was not on the committee. Someone at your school must be in charge of it. I'm surprised they didn't tell you earlier.

So I need to write my advisor's email/name right? not the actual evaluators email/name.
Thanks for the clarifying.

It depends whoever is sending out the committee letter. That is who you would put down for the person/address. You should ask your pre-professional counselor. It could be him/her or it could be someone on the committee that is designated to do that. It depends on your school.

Just go to the pre-health advisor in your school to check the instruction for commitment letters
for my case, I had another person to write the commitment letter but the person in charge was a different person.

also, (i don't know your school) the commitment letter is above 1KB so AADSAS would not let it attach so the school had to send it via mail.
