Just making sure that the evaluators section is for people who are writing your LOR. Would it be a problem, say if i put someone down, and didn't end up getting a LOR from them?

The evaluator section is for the people writing your LORs. And i don't think it would be a big deal if you put someone down and they didn't end up sending the LOR.
